Roland French Aged Red Wine Vinegar is prepared by fermenting fine selected French wines until the vinegar becomes sufficiently acidic without allowing it to reach the point of bitterness. It's 7 degree acidity gives it full strength and full bodied fresh fruit flavor preferred by most chefs. Vinegars are a staple in good cooking and your pantry should contain several varieties. French Aged Red Wine Vinegar can be used in salad dressings with nut or olive oils. Fruit salads are also enhanced by a touch of fruit vinegar. It can also be used to de-glaze a pan when cooking chicken breasts or sauteed veal chops. Ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, Potassium Metabisulfite (As a Preservative).
